The MidWestOne Foundation is paving the way for a brighter tomorrow in our communities through financial support of the arts, education, wellness, recreation and civic services. Our foundation supports not-for-profit groups, institutions, schools and other organizations and projects that enhance the cultural well being of the communities we serve.
Grant Application Process
