Annual Meeting
MidWestOne Financial Group’s annual meeting of shareholders is held in April. The Board of Directors sets the record date for the meeting each year. All shareholders, as of that date, receive an annual report and a proxy statement explaining the items to be voted on at the annual meeting, as well as a proxy card for voting. Shareholders are encouraged to attend the meeting.
