What is a customized OneCard™?

The MidWestOne OneCard™ is just like a normal Debit Card, except you get to choose the photo or image that appears on the card. You will have to take into consideration our image guidelines, but as long as your image complies with those basic rules, you can create a OneCard™ just for you.

Can I create a OneCard™ if I’m not a MidWestOne Bank customer?

You will need a MidWestOne checking account with a Debit Card in order to use this site to create a customized OneCard™.

Is the OneCard™ available for business accounts?

Sorry, but the MidWestOne is only available for consumer accounts at this time.

Can my joint account holders design their own cards, too?

Yes. Every Debit Card associated with the account can be customized by the individual cardholder. The OneCard™ is available for a small fee. The fee is $10 per card issued, plus applicable sales tax (please refer to our fee schedule for pricing). This fee may be waived as part of a promotional offering by MidWestOne Bank.

What if the image I submit isn’t accepted?

We’ll notify you by email if there’s a problem with your image, and you’ll have the opportunity to submit another photo. In most cases it may be as simple as selecting an image that isn’t trademarked or under copyright. If you were paying to have a personalized OneCard™ and your image is rejected, you will not be charged unless you resubmit another photo and it is accepted. Can I change the image on my card?

Sure. And you can do it as often as you like. However, there is a small fee that will be charged to the primary checking account attached to your card in order to change the image and have a new card issued. The fee is $10 per card issued, plus applicable sales tax (please refer to our fee schedule. This fee may be waived as part of a promotional offering by MidWestOne Bank.

Does customizing my card change anything about my account, like my PIN number?

Yes – your card number, expiration date and PIN (personal identification number) will be new. Your actual checking account number will not change. Once you receive your new OneCard™, you may contact one of our bankers at 1-800-247-4418 to change your PIN number to one of your own choosing. If you are utilizing your existing card for automatic payments, bill payments etc., you will need to update those merchants with the new card information.

Does a OneCard™ work just like my regular Debit Card?

They work exactly the same.

How many OneCards may I have?

We limit the number of personal Debit Cards, of any type, to one card per person per account.  This reduces your risk of fraud or lost and stolen cards.
