Account alert improvements

A new account alert service is coming on February 12, 2019.

Once the new alert service is introduced, any alerts that you had previously set up in the current system will no longer be delivered. Please note: you will continue to receive important account notifications from MidWestOne, which are not affected by this new service.

In addition to a more intuitive process for creating and managing your alerts, the new account alert service will feature other enhancements, including:

  • Real-Time Delivery - Alerts are sent the instant activity occurs.
  • Where You Need It -  Send alerts in new ways via text/SMS*, email, push notification, or secure online message.
  • And When You Don't - Easily set up 'do not disturb' times to temporarily silence alerts.

It only takes a few moments to create multiple alerts for all of your accounts.

As a reminder: the new account alert service will be activated on February 12. At that point, all alerts set up before that date will stop working and you won't be able to access old alert information. Be sure to log into online banking and record your current alert information before February 12.
